Counselling is time set aside by you and your counsellor to look at whatever is on your mind. It is private, undisturbed and cannot be overheard or interrupted. You can talk about yourself and your life, at your own pace and in your own way.
Sometimes people can feel isolated, with no-one to turn to. Others may have supportive family and friends, and yet find it difficult to voice how they are really feeling. This is when a counsellor, as an impartial professional, can offer you something unique.
When you come to counselling with me, you will have your own space and time separate from your everyday life. You can explore painful feelings, troubling dilemmas, or distressing experiences. You can talk about anything that may be confusing, hurtful or uncomfortable, without being judged or told what to do.
There are no pressures, just time and space, in a calming and confidential setting, where you can get things off your chest.
